Hello! I think this post is a long time coming. As someone who travels on over 50 flights a year, I’m often asked by many friends and family for travel recommendations, various tips, and itinerary help. Safe to say I do not spend a lot of time at home! I figured this would be a good place to document my adventures around the globe and recommendations from my travels. I’ve built quite the lovely book community on Tiktok and Instagram as well, and would love to include some book posts on here too. Finally, some posts related to my photography might be thrown in here as well!

How are you able to travel so much?
I work on rotation.
How do you decide where to travel?
Lots of searching over Pinterest, magazines, and the internet. I love going to interesting places that (albeit still popular) maybe less so.
What do you use to take your photos and videos?
I’ve started using my Fujifilm XE-4 to take most of the photos this year, but still have some on my iPhone 13 Pro and Canon G7X Mark III.
How did you come up with the name of your blog?
I was trying to think of something that combines my two primary passions – reading and travelling.
Like my Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube pages, this blog is an extension of my ‘ode to the places I’ve been and books I’ve read’. On my ‘book’ side of things, I love encouraging people to read more, read diversely and read for fun. I began reading at a very early age and carried that hobby through Middle School. It dropped off a bit in High School and University, where required readings took over, but I am now back into it more than ever.
I’ve never had a website before so this will be quite the process, but please bear with me! I assure you it will be worth it 🙂 If you have any requests for posts you’d like to see in particular, please dm me on Instagram or Tiktok!
